1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindMatch mobile and web game operated by ZERADES ("Studio", "we", "our"). By installing, accessing, or playing MindMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Fair Play & Account Conduct

To maintain a competitive and fair experience for all players:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and device session.
• Cheating, automated bots, reverse engineering, exploit abuse, or memory tampering is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, abusive usernames, or disruptive conduct in chat or matches will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach fair play standards.

3. Virtual Goods & Game Economy

In-game items, including Energy and Coins earned or purchased via Google Play, are virtual goods with no monetary value outside MindMatch.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, transferred between accounts, or refunded outside of Google Play Store refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All art assets, audio, trademarks, gameplay code, and branding of MindMatch belong exclusively to ZERADES. All rights reserved.
